Fraser Cup Week 2

Tonight was a special night in the history of Gangrels Curling Club. We were delighted that George Hay's wife Anne played her first game as a member of the club - the first for any lady in a Gangrels League game. We sincerely hope that she will be joined by more ladies in the future.
Certainly, she contributed fully to her team's winning performance by setting up every end expertly (I know because I was her opposite lead) and we hope that she enjoyed herself.

It also did wonders for George who played very well in a 10-3 victory over Ken Ross, and now is the only team on four points.  There were other wins for Colin Naismith and Francis McCrossin, while Jim Dunlop and Peter Kennedy shared the points.

The new league table is here.
