PRESIDENT’s CUP LEAGUE AND CRAWFORD CUP ROUND 4 RESULTS

Round Four took place today at Greenacres with wins for David Graham and David Gray.

Ronnie Wilson skipped the Graham team and blanked the first end, but followed that quickly with scores of 4 and 2 at the next two.  Not to be outdone, Ed Baines and his team won the next two ends so the scores were level at 6 all after five.

However, single shots at the last three ends secured the victory for  Ronnie Wilson and the Graham team by 9 shots to 6.

In the other game, Gillian Watson skipped Donald Cattanach and  Ronnie Peat  against the David Gray team, skipped by Fraser Hogg.

A strong start for Gillian resulted in a lead of 4 shots after the first three ends. Unfortunately Fraser's team of Peter Reynolds, David Gray and Ernest Mutter fought back and finished up by seven shots to four at the end.
