The evening started well with a comprehensive victory for Francis McCrossin's team of Charlie Jack, Richard Morrsion and Austin Thomson. Perhaps it was a good thing that the scores were not shown on the scoreboards - we would have been totally scunnered if we could have seen their 14-0 scoreline!

There is a wee story to tell about the President's Cup. Despite our new President (and his team - including me) standing up and gaily receiving the trophy, it turns out that Euan Lawrence's team had actually won (oops!). so here is a photo of the correct winners of the President's Cup.
